Our Presenting Team

Sophie Allen - Sophie is one of our longest serving presenters having joined in 2023 and is the lead presenter of the Saturday Warm Up Show live from 8am to 10am. Fun, chilled and always up for a good laugh, sophie is able to get everyone in the mood before an action packed mid morning show. Behind the scenes Sophie is a student at West Herts College and finds herself studying Health and Social Care. In her spare time she enjoys reading her favourite book as a child was Harry Potter. But whom is her favourite character you may ask? She will always back Snape! Not very nice at first but in the end we see so much love and care he has for Potter and everyone begins to realise that Snape was good all along.

Scott Mustard - Scott joined in 2024 and is the lead presenter on the Saturday Daybreak Breakfast Show live from 10am to 12pm. He brings you live music, games, quizzes and a rundown on all the latest news. Scott is also a student at the University of Bedfordshire aiming to become a primary school teacher. Apart from that he is a massive encyclopedia of knowledge on football which why from time to time he will act as a relied presenter of the Goal Rush Show. Known for being calm, relaxed and well TOO quiet to those that know him well however, he has a massive heart of gold and you will find yourself laughing along with him during one of his shows.

Katie Stevenson - Katie is a relaxed presenter and joined in 2025. She currently is a volunteer but in her spare time she plays for her local hockey team. Without Katie the team purely does not function, she looks out for her fellow presenters and when you listen to her show some feel a genuine connection she is relateble and knows a lot about well alot!

Jamie Lancaster - Jamie although loves his music is a fountain for keeping track of the news around him. He is fast, dramatic and slightly over excited and to some of us he is the joker in the pack, however his quick wit make him a perfect lead presenter for Goal Rush our weekly football show that goes through all the live scores and updates of where that ball is getting in the net for who! You can listen to him live from Saturday 2.30pm - 5.10pm on selected matchdays excluding international breaks and during the off season.
